Screen Printed Materials
VINYL: Our standard white or yellow vinyl is a plasticized, flexible, 4 mil film, coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive. Vinyls are scuff-resistant and ultraviolet-resistant, so they will withstand outdoor use. Application temperatures for vinyl material and adhesives range from +35°F to +185°F. Once applied, vinyl will adhere in temperatures between -50°F to +185° F. Life expectancy is 2-3 years or longer.
POLYESTER: We offer polyesters in chrome, brushed chrome, gold and clear. Polyesters do not stretch or shrink which means they are exceptionally durable. Permanent adhesive is standard for long term use inside or out. Polyester substrates are stiffer than vinyl substrates and are best applied to flat or gently curved surfaces. They do not readily conform to irregular surfaces. Application temperatures are between +45°F and +100°F. The usage temperatures, after application, are -50°F to +275°F.
STATIC CLING VINYL: This material has no adhesive, but will cling to all flat, smooth surfaces. Static clings can be easily removed and reapplied without any negative effect to the decal itself. It is recommended only for indoor use and can be used on the inside of windows.
POLYETHYLENE: This heavy, durable plastic sheeting material will not crack, peel, or chip in cold weather. It can be drilled to allow for fasteners, and can be nailed, tacked, or stapled to fence posts or other surfaces.
EMBOSSABLE ALUMINUM: This 2 mil. silver aluminum foil has an expected life of 2-3 years. It may be embossed with a stylus or written on with a ball point pen or pencil. Usage temperature ranges of +50° to +350°F.
FLOOR DECALS: These items are constructed of white or yellow vinyl with a specially formulated removable adhesive and overlaminated with a skid-resistant coating.
MAGNETIC: This material will withstand temperatures ranging from -40°F to +160°F. Although the temperature of the vehicle is unimportant, the temperature of the material should be at least +60°F for installation. To extend the life of the product, remove the sign at least once a week for cleaning with warm water and a mild detergent. Be sure vehicle and sign are wiped dry before reapplying.
DESTRUCTIBLE VINYLS: Available in a white and clear format, this material is 2 mil and supplied with a permanent adhesive. Life expectancy is 5 years outdoors without showing any significant changes in durability. Once applied destructible materials adhere in temperatures -40° F to +257° F.
VOIDABLE CHROME: This polyester film is 2 mil thick and has a 2 year outdoor life expectancy. Usage temperature once applied is -40° F to +300° F. This material is supplied with the same aggressive adhesive as found on our SuperTac Vinyl.
REMOVABLE VINYL: This material is 4 mil and recommended for indoor use. It is coated with a temporary, low-tack adhesive. Removable vinyls can take on permanent characteristics beyond 6 months of use and could leave an adhesive residue. The usage temperature for this item is -40° F to +176° F.
CORRUGATED PLASTIC: Corrugated plastic is an inexpensive way of advertising indoors or out. Most often screen-printed with UV curable inks, these signs are best for short term promotions and seasonal agricultural field signs. Corrugated plastic, 4mm and 10mm is readily available.
ALUMINUM: Aluminum is available is a variety of thicknesses ranging from .019 to .080. This material is ideal for outdoor use because of its durability. Applying aluminum nameplates or signs can be accomplished through punched holes or with an adhesive.
POLYCARBONATE: For superior performance capabilities, polycarbonate labels offer a great variety of features. Printing is actually done on the back side in a mirror-image format. That means chemicals and scratches that come in contact with the surface never even touch the ink system. Overlays and panels with touchpads are usually made out of polycarbonate material due its flexibility and strength. It also has a wide temperature range of -250° F to 250° F.
PVC: PVC may be used indoors as well as outdoors for limited amounts of time. Its matte finish reduces glare and makes for easy readability. PVC is lightweight, yet sturdy. This material comes in a thickness of .040. It is an excellent product for trade shows signage, menu boards, point-of-purchase displays and architectural graphics. PVC is available in a variety of colors.
POLYSTYRENE: This material is a cost effective indoor plastic. Most commonly used for POP signage. Available in various thicknesses from .010 to .080. It is high impact but is not recommended for outdoor use, as it will yellow and become brittle.
RIGID VINYL: Rigid vinyl is very durable and weather resistant. The long lasting properties and chemical resistance of this material make it a core candidate for tags, signs and placards that are exposed to severe weather conditions and handling issues. Thicknesses range from .010 to .030.
Digitally Printed Materials

EASY APPLY VINYL: Easy apply vinyl is primarily used for vehicle graphics. This material has a special technology that delivers reduced wrinkling and air bubbles. It is also formulated with a special adhesive for easy removability for up to 3 years. Outdoor life expectancy is 3-4 years.
BANNER: Digital banners are vibrant with high resolution and offer great durability. We use a 13oz banner material and it is good for both indoor and outdoor use. All banners are finished with hemmed edges and grommets unless otherwise specified.
FLOOR DECALS: Our floor decals will adhere to both carpet and solid surface. They are formulated with a nonslip surface and are also scratch resistant. This is a 3.4 mil material and is also removable. Life expectancy is approximately 9 months.
CANVAS: Our floor decals will adhere to both carpet and solid surface. They are formulated with a nonslip surface and are also scratch resistant. This is a 3.4 mil material and is also removable. Life expectancy is approximately 9 months.
POS PRO: POS Pro is specially designed for roll-up and pop-up trade show graphics and POP applications. It produces high quality, scratch resistant graphics. This material is made of a 10.5 mil anti-curl block-out film.
Metal Etching Materials
ALUMINUM: Aluminum is an extremely durable, lightweight material. This material has a high resistance to oxidation and corrosion. Moderate resistance to abrasion. Standard thicknesses are .019 to .080. Other thicknesses may be available upon request. Best suited for harsh indoor and normal outdoor. Not recommended for salt water environments.
STAINLESS STEEL: Stainless steel is an extremely durable material. This material has an excellent chemical and solvent resistance. High resistance to oxidation, rust and corrosion. High temperature resistance. Retains sheen and withstands abrasion. Available in thickness from 0.019 – 0.125. Best suited for harsh indoor and harsh outdoor. Recommended for salt water environments.
BRASS: Brass is an extremely durable material. This material has an excellent chemical and solvent resistance. Excellent resistance to tarnish and a high resistance to oxidation and corrosion. Versatile, hard and malleable. Available in thickness from 0.016 – 0.125. Best suited for harsh indoor and harsh outdoor. Recommended for ocean and submarine applications; excellent for decorative applications
