Control Panel Front

Control panel fronts are used by OEMs, upfitters, and suppliers to label controls on product or equipment. Not only do these control panel fronts offer the functional properties and guidelines required for your produc, but also give it the professional look to make your products stand out.

This type of control panel front is generally made of a rigid material such as aluminum, steel, or plastic so that the controls may be mounted directly to the plate.

Photosensitive Anodized Aluminum

Identification plate made of photosensitive anodized aluminum (Metalphoto) are clearly differentiated from those produced on other substrates in two important ways - first, Metalphoto plates are defined as the most durable of aluminum identification plates by GPI. Second, they offer the highest graphic resolution capability of any metallic substrate. They also meet MIL-STD-130 for government and military markings as well as many other specifications. See bottom of page for details.

Adhesive Backed Plates

Adhesive backed name plates are lined with a strong pressure sensitive adhesive that adheres well to flat, smooth surfaces. Our name plates are screen printed with a durable enamel that is baked onto the plate to insure adherence. They are ideal for labeling equipment and machinery of all types. This product is may be covered with a polyurethane coating for additional resistance to abrasion, fading, weathering, and most chemicals.

Foam-backed Nameplates

The foam backed metal nameplates are lined with a foam backing which allows for maximum adherence to textured surfaces. Our name plates are screen printed with a durable enamel that is baked onto the plate to insure long life. They are ideal for labeling equipment and machinery of all types. Foam Embossed Nameplates

Foam embossed nameplates are extremely attractive because of their 3-dimensional characteristics. Certain parts of the plate are raised or embossed to make them stand out to catch the viewers attention. We also use a thick foam adhesive that serves two purposes. First it gives the plate an extra dimension to stand out even more and beg to be admired. Secondly the foam allows for maximum adherence of the plate to both smooth and textured surfaces, like tread or diamond plate. Our name plates are screen printed with a durable polyester ink that is baked onto the plate to insure long life.

Etched Plates

Our etched nameplates are extremely durable and are ideal for labeling almost any type of equipment or machinery. This product is etched in an acid bath solution causing the image to be burned into the plate enabling it to resist abrasion, fading, weathering, and chemicals.

Screen Printed Data-plates

Our data plates are screen printed with a durable enamel that is baked onto the plate to insure adherence. They are ideal for labeling equipment and machinery with serial numbers, weight limits, or any other spec you desire. This product is may be covered with a polyurethane coating for additional resistance to abrasion, fading, weathering, and most chemicals. Also holes are generally punched on the corners for mounting.
