With digital printing you are able to do full color labels without all the setups. We can also contour cut and custom cut these labels to your exact specifications without the expensive tooling other processes require. These decals are made to hold up will to both indoor and outdoor conditions. We can also apply a clear protective layer to your digital decals to give them extra durability.

Dixie Signs & Decals is a manufacturer of high quality, precision graphic overlays and control panel fronts. With our state of the art tooling we are able to hold very tight tolerances to meet your exact specifications. We can make these graphic overlays or control panel fronts out of a variety of materials such as aluminum and textured polycarbonate. We also offer custom cut adhesive for window fronts and interactive portions of the overlay.

If you have equipment that may pose a safety risk, ANSI decals are a must. The American National Standard Institute has issued new standards for safety signs and labels. ANSI Z535.4 2002 Product Safety Labels are applicable to all products, aside from chemicals and the transportation of dangerous goods, in all industries that may pose a safety question. Some other sign companies do not follow these standards, but we do. They are screen printed or digitally with a UV ink, so you do not have to worry about colors fading when placed in direct sunlight.

Static cling decals have no adhesive, but will cling to most flat, smooth surfaces such as glass, plastic, and painted steel. Static cling decals, also known as static stick, can be easily removed and reapplied without any negative affect to the decal itself or the surface to which it is applied. This decal is recommended for indoor use only but may be used on the inside of windows. Since they are screen printed with a UV ink, you do not have to worry about colors fading when placed in direct sunlight.

Reflective decals are specially designed for night time visibility. If your business has company vehicles, trucks, emergency equipment, or anything that you want to make visible at night, you can make sure its highly visible and attractive with our custom reflective decals. When the light hits these decals, they will stand out in the darkest of conditions.

At DSD Inc, we have designed a product we call a sheet decal, specially designed for manufacturers that must apply multiple labels or decals onto a product. The way they work is every decal or label that will be applied to each product is printed on one sheet of vinyl. Then the sheet is either kiss-cut or thermal cut so that the individual decals or labels are easy to remove.

Extended life decals are made with materails intended to last long than the average UV screen printed decals. These decals are printed with the same UV screen print process as most other decals, but this product has a protective polyester overlaminate. The protective layer makes this decal more resistant to most chemicals, UV rays, weathering, and  mild abrasion. Extended life decals will keep information, safety label, namplate or any other decal looking good for years.

Four color process printing, also known as full color or CMYK printing, is the process of screen printing decals using the four process colors of cyan, magenta, yellow and black. By using this method, we can achieve near photo quality prints while maintaining the supurb UV and weather resistance of UV screen printing. This process may be applied to various material types not limited to vinyl, polyester, coroplast, or even magnetic stock. Four color process decals are very attractive and the screen printed process greatly increases the lifespan of your decal.

Destructible Vinyl decals are mostly used for security, warranty, and identification  purposes. This material is made so that it cannot be removed in one piece making it impossible to move from one place to another.

Metallic polyester decals are a very product that tend to turn heads. These label come in a variety of finishes such as brushed chrome, mirror chrome, matte chrome, mirror gold, and brushed gold. Polyester decals generally come with a permanent pressure sensative adhesive for application.
